We have categories for everyone from beginners to black belts and over 150 medals up for grabs. There is a large certificate for everyone who takes part, win lose or draw.
You’ll be competing for your Dojo against students of a similar grade and age from any of our dojos across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire.
You don’t have to be there all day, you just turn up for your own category.
It’s all good fun and will be a great experience for any novice karateka.
Decide you are going to give it a go early and train hard for it. You can enter up to 4 categories or stick to what you enjoy the most. If you love kata, enter the kata and find a partner who will do pairs. If you love fighting, enter Individual and Team Kumite. (We put the teams together randomly so that we don’t have 3 black belts versus 3 orange belts).
