Two Hour Kata and Kumite Course
Frank Pullano Sensei 5th Dan Black Belt & EKF Northern Region Kumite Coach will be teaching the kumite section, 1 hour for Kyu Grades and 1 Hour for Dan Grades.
Paul Wolstencroft Sensei 5th Dan Black Belt & EKF Northern Region Kata Coach will be teaching the kata section, 1 hour for Kyu Grades and 1 Hour for Dan Grades.
This is course is open to club members and non members.
You will need to bring your mitts, pads and a gum shield if you have one.
Family discounts on training fees:
£12.00 for 1 person
£10.00 for 2 in the same household
£8.00 each for 3 or more in the same household
No minimum grade - course is open to all, but highly recommended to anyone graded yellow belt and above.
License will be stamped for this event and attendance counts towards Dan Grading.
