Stock orders, video training and prepaid training payments

We hope all of our students and families are keeping well and following the advice of the Government and NHS.

Stock orders

We would like to reassure our students that following our decision to temporarily close classes on Monday 16th March, all stock orders will be delivered by the end of this week. If you have ordered and paid for items and haven't received it by Friday, please contact me on 07825 446 825 and I will be able to help you.Our online shop will remain open as normal I will offer free delivery for items we have in stock whilst our classes are temporarily closed.

Video Training

Over the next week or so our plan is to produce a collection of videos for you all to continue your karate training at home. Different videos will be available for different grade groups so that you will be able to choose what you want to work on. The plan is that these will change weekly whilst we are closed. You will be able to purchase these via our online shop and we will send you a link to the video of your choice. We will also be closely monitoring partner Clubs use of the zoom app for online video training and assess whether this is something we might also be able to offer.In the meantime we are happy to help you and provide feedback and support if you send us videos of yourself training at home.These can be sent to info@redtigerkarateclub.co.uk

Pre-Paid Training

For those students who prepay for their training, please cancel your standing order due to go out on 1st April. We are unable to do this for you, it is something you need to do with your own bank. When the Club re-opens you can have two weeks free training to make up for two weeks we have lost in March. This seems the most fair and sensible option under the circumstances.
