EKF Nationals Results 2023

The English Karate Federation Nationals took place on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th July.

A small but mighty RTK team entered and they did the club proud! It’s a tough competition with the very best students in England entering and we are so proud of the team for being brave and having a go!

Well done to Ellis Pindoria-Stott, Grace Baron, Greg Burton, Izzy Baron, Jaime Pratley and Loui D’Attorre who all gained some valuable experience and mat time.

Thank you to Mike Baron Sensei, Grace Baron Sensei and Gary Pratley Sensei for coaching and supporting the team.

Congratulations go to Izzy Baron who won a silver medal in Cadet Female Kata and Jaime Pratley who won a bronze medal in the Junior Male Kata.

It is no coincidence that the ones who have collected the most experience and train consistently are the ones winning (or nearly winning) the medals. You both fully deserve this success. We hope that your success will inspire and motivate others.
