Fancy trying out our Squad Classes?

This is your chance to see what we do on Monday nights in Kata Squad and Kumite Squad Class.

You can take part in Kata or Kumite or do half and half if you want.

Usual training fees apply - £6.50 / £5.50 each for 2 in the same family / £5.00 each for 3 or more. Pay cash at the start of the session.

Kumite will be led by Molly Austin Hogsden Sensei and Kata will be led by our Kata Squad Coaches
