We hope everyone is well. Below is the ZOOM Class Timetable for the whole of July 2020. There are no plans in place as yet to return to dojo’s before the end of July. However, there is hope that gyms and the leisure industry will be returning in the next few weeks.We anticipate our return is going to be a phased one, with some dojo's re-opening and some remaining on ZOOM until we can rehire the dojo or find a suitable alternative.We have plenty to keep you entertained this month including: Every Instructor has been asked to choose a LOCKDOWN LEGEND by the end of July. All students who get chosen. will be awarded with a star medal for their dedication and perseverance throughout Lockdown. There is also the following to look forward to: 

• Ron Matthews Fitness Session - For those of you who do not know Ron, he is an extremely fit JKS England Kumite Squad Member, works at Manchester City and will have endless drills for us all to try which will help us improve our strength, endurance and power (Tuesdays 6pm-6.30pm).
• Monday evening Kata nights for the first two Mondays in July where you can choose which Katas you want to learn and work on.
• The following two Mondays will be Combinations and Kumite drills nights. Again, you can choose which lessons you want to take.
• Parents Beginners Introductory course with Dave and Debbie Sensei (7.30-8pm on Tuesday evenings).
• 26 Shotokan Katas Masterclass with Paul Wolstencroft Sensei on Saturday 18th July from 10am-12pm. Paul Sensei will be covering every single Shotokan Kata on the JKS Syllabus. This should take a couple of hours, however if there is time, the 5 Junro's and the 3 Kakyoku's will also be taught.
• ZOOM Grading on Saturday 11th July (FULLY BOOKED)

 Payment for classesThere are two options for payment, pay as you go or unlimited monthly pass.Online Classes will cost £3 or £30 a month for unlimited training.
