We hope everyone is keeping well and staying safe.
With no immediate plans to return to our training venues, please rest assured we will continue to provide you with the best possible training and tuition available. Below is our Club Timetable and all the links to every class. Since the Sensei Bingo has started, the demand for classes has been overwhelming, so please help yourself to the links you want. If you need any help at all or have any queries, please message Rachael Wolstencroft and I am always happy to help (messenger or email: info@redtigerkarateclub.co.uk).
We are trusting that students are paying the £3 fee for the classes that they attend or paying the £30 a month for unlimited training per household. Thank you so much to everyone who continues to contribute and help keep our Club going. It is much appreciated.

Instructors have been asked to be vigilant when admitting people from the waiting room and adding latecomers once the sessions are underway. Please make sure that you have a zoom account and that way, your name will come up and not just the name of your device. If you have ended up locked out of sessions this is because we do not recognise who is trying to enter/join.
This week, the seniors had a couple of opportunities to train with Hombu Dojo Instructors including WKF Champs Shohei Toyama Sensei and Koji Arimoto Sensei. Their classes were as exceptional as you would expect and we will be passing on their teachings this week. We look forward to further opportunities arising over the next few weeks and passing on their training.
As the rules of lockdown have been eased slightly, we still have NO plans to return to face to face classes in the near future. The safety and welfare of our members has always been and will continue to be our number one priority. We would rather keep training on ZOOM for the next 6 months than risk the life of one single member, family member or grandparent in our Club!
However, we understand that many of students are going above and beyond, putting outstanding effort and commitment into their karate. Many are training day in day out and have filled multiple cards. Many are most certainly ready to be assessed for their next level. This effort should and will be rewarded.
We have sought and been granted permission to conduct grading assessments online. Exactly how and when this will be done will be made clearer over the next couple of weeks. Weekend appointments will be made available for students attempting junior and intermediate grades starting from Saturday 6th June. Certificates and belts will be posted to your home address should you be successful.
As always, we will make the best of the situation. There will far fewer students to watch at once making it a much more personal experience. This can only benefit you and honest feedback is always GOOD.
Students who are waiting to attempt more senior grades may unfortunately need to wait until we are back in the real dojo although we plan to seek further guidance on this from our association.
This may be very frustrating; particularly for our younger members who have spent many years training and working their way up to such a high standard. It is imperative that you do not become disheartened and keep the steely determination that has served you so well over the years. Your effort WILL be rewarded and all of the extra practise you are getting will be putting you in such a strong position.
Lastly, I'd like to extend our apologies for the nightmare that was Sunday morning. ZOOM was experiencing technical difficulties so we had to postpone Cadet Leader and Assistant Instructor Class. These will take place on Sunday 24th May:
