With the annual RTK Kata and Kumite Championships temporarily postponed, why not challenge yourself and take part in our ZOOM Kata Competition.We are teaming up with Grace Baron the JKS England Women's Kata Champion and English Karate Federation A Squad member to bring you the opportunity to record a Kata of your choice and see if you can become the champ for your age group! 

How to enter:

You will need to record your chosen Kata and send it in to us for judging.You can choose any Kata, although you will be judged according to your grade. So it would be wise to stick to the Kata you know the best.You have until Monday 22nd June to send in your videos to the email address below. Grace will then chose two competitors from each category to compete for 1st and 2nd Place. Grace will announce on Wednesday 24th June who has been chosen to take part in the final.You will then have to perform in a live Kata-off via ZOOM during Cadet Class on Sunday 28th June. Grace will then choose a winner based on your performance in the live final.Just send your entry to:

• Age 9-10 years
• Age 11-12 years
• Age 13-15 Years
• Age 16 and above

• Parents  (parents who don't already do karate)
•  Instructors

 1st Prize: is 3 x Grace's Kata Videos of your choice sent via email and a Lockdown 2020 Gold Medal and rainbow ribbon posted out to your home address2nd Prize: is 2 x Grace's Kata Videos of your choice sent via email and a Lockdown 2020 Silver Medal and rainbow ribbon posted out to your home address. You've got to be in it to win it and with the Squad members in their own category, everyone stands a fair chance of winning!These medals are FABULOUS!
