Congratulations to Grace Baron Sensei, Izzy Baron, Lola Girault and Jaime Pratley for taking part in their first major competition of 2023 the British Karate Federation Grand Prix Event.

Thi event was held on Sunday 22nd January in Penrith.

The team were lucky enough to bring some medals home with them.

Lola Girault - Female Cadet Kata 14-15 years - Bronze Medal

Jaime Pratley - Male Junior Kata 16-17 years - Bronze Medal
